Our refund and returns policy lasts 24h. If 24h have passed since you receive your package, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Custom‑made, personalized and clearance sale items are non‑returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

We will reply within 2‑3 business days and provide return instructions. Do not send back goods without prior confirmation from our support team.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds Process and Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping fees are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged or we shipped the wrong product. Original shipping cost for your order is non‑refundable.

After we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will go back to your original payment method. Please allow extra bank processing time for funds to arrive in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us within 7 days upon delivery and provide clear photos. We will arrange replacement or full refund according to the situation.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exclusions

We do not accept returns for items damaged due to improper use by customers.
